Unlocked minds is a clinical group therapy network. Its focus is primarily towards unlocking mental health issues. At times, it needs to be shared with others who can understand and empathize what it takes to get through it on a daily basis. This is a safe space to not only gain more knowledge about how to deal with specific mental health issues, but also a way of distressing and being able to express your feelings, thoughts, and fears.
